Role Overview
Work closely with clients to configure Odoo, test workflows, and provide expert training.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Odoo databases to match approved business requirements and workflows.
- Prepare test cases, conduct unit testing, and assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop comprehensive system documentation, training manuals, and video guides.
- Deliver end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live functional support.
- Assist Senior Consultants in gap analysis and solution design.
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience as an ERP functional consultant (minimum 1.5 years with Odoo).
- Solid understanding of core business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, basic accounting).
- Experience with Odoo Studio and standard data import/export tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
