Role Overview
Orchestrate resource allocation, manage implementation timelines, and ensure profitable, on-time delivery of Odoo projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and govern comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for clients during the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, control budget burn-rates, and execute change-request (CR) processes.
- Lead weekly sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure all delivery milestones pass the internal quality assurance gateways.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, specifically managing enterprise software/ERP rollouts.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and traditional Waterfall governance.
- Exceptional risk management, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a strong plus.
