Role Overview
Learn the Odoo ecosystem while assisting in system configurations, data preparation, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleansing of master data (Customers, Products, BoMs) for import.
- Help configure basic Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase) under senior supervision.
- Triage customer support tickets and provide tier-1 functional assistance.
- Maintain project documentation and issue tracking boards.
- Continually learn new Odoo features and obtain functional certifications.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates with BBA/MBA/B.Tech are welcome).
- Strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of standard business operations and accounting principles.
- High determination to build a career in ERP consulting and digital transformation.
