Role Overview

Drive revenue growth by closing new Odoo implementation and customization contracts with mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing for complex ERP projects.
  • Partner with functional consultants to deliver high-impact value propositions.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Odoo's competitive landscape.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in the ERP or Enterprise Software space.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals (INR 10L+).
  • Strong network within target industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution).
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ROI modeling.
