Role Overview
Drive digital transformation strategy, map complex business processes into standard Odoo flows, and manage critical stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping workshops with C-level client stakeholders.
- Architect operational workflows that maximize standard Odoo functionality while minimizing custom code.
- Write detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for the engineering team.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct high-level training for client administrators.
- Act as the functional authority on complex modules (Accounting, MRP, Advanced WMS).
Requirements
- 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, with at least 3 years specifically implementing Odoo.
- Expert-level knowledge in Accounting/Finance or Manufacturing/Supply Chain workflows.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP implementations successfully.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Odoo Certification (v16 or higher) is highly preferred.
