Role Overview
Architect and lead complex Odoo implementations, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality across enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and design of Odoo solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop high-quality, scalable custom modules and deeply integrate Odoo with third-party systems.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior technical consultants, and enforce best practices.
- Perform complex data migrations and version upgrades (e.g., Odoo 15 to 17/18).
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and architect scalable infrastructure deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Python and Odoo framework development.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, query optimization, and Linux server administration.
- Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong functional knowledge of at least 3 core Odoo modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing).
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading technical teams.
