Role Overview
Drive the technological vision, oversee the entire development team, and define the standard for architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap, coding standards, and deployment pipelines for the engineering department.
- Architect complex multi-system integrations (e.g., Odoo with SAP, legacy mainframes, custom mobile apps).
- Manage the technical infrastructure, including high-availability cloud deployments and security audits.
- Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for critical path blocking issues.
- Lead talent acquisition for the engineering team and conduct advanced technical assessments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of deep software engineering experience, with significant expertise in the Odoo ecosystem.
- Proven experience architects scalable Python/PostgreSQL applications for thousands of concurrent users.
- Expertise in DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP architecture).
- History of leading and scaling high-performing technical teams.
